AT&T is currently hiring for our Emerging Sales Professional Program and we are looking for your referrals

The AT&T Emerging Sales Professional Program is intended to cultivate highly motivated individuals who are seeking to enhance and apply their skills to a rewarding career in sales.

This program presents an opportunity to learn from AT&T senior management through planned events, direct sales and activities targeted for sales skill development. The program also includes a combination of instructor-led & online training targeted to enhance sales skills, leadership, AT&T business product knowledge (including IP, Data & Voice), total account management, relationship building and business management.

 

Participants in the program will complete a six-month paid training plan in the AT&T Sales Center in Atlanta. Successful completion of the program will lead to a challenging sales position supporting AT&T Enterprise Business Sales customers throughout the U.S.

 

Requirements:

·         Completion of Bachelor degree with GPA of 3.0 or higher

·         Less than three (3) years corporate or internship work experience

·         Related experience in Marketing or Sales

·         Demonstrable leadership and strategic-thinking attributes

·         Strong communications skills

·         Sales passion and strong interest in being in a sales career path at AT&T

·         A strong desire for accelerated growth in professional sales

·         Candidates must be U.S. citizens or have permanent work authorization

Upon successful completion of the six-month training plan, participants may have the opportunity to relocate to other AT&T offices located within the U.S. Based on the needs of the business, participants should be mobile and open to possible relocation.
