  1. 41 percent of the world’s Internet users are in the United States and Canada.

 

  1. Europe, the Middle East and Africa account for 27 percent of the online population.

 

  1. Asia-Pacific users represent 20 percent.

 

  1. Only 4 percent are located in South America.
